REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Bentley's Bark, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at sales@bentleys-bark.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at sales@bentleys-bark.com.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal pet care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and work with you on a resolution.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
