RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Bentley's Bark, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at sales@bentleys-bark.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@bentleys-bark.com.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
- Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and personal pet care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll investigate and work with you on a resolution.
EUROPEAN UNION — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, click the "Cancel/Return Order" button in your order confirmation email or account page, or contact us directly at sales@bentleys-bark.com with your name and order number. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
Return your item in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
